If I have a question about a product how do I ask it?

If I want to return a product what should I do?

Send us an email with your invoice number and contact information to info@evtuningsolutions.com we will be in touch to review the reason for the return and figure out a solution. 

We have a best price guarantee policy and never want price the be a reason for an unsatisfied customer.

Where do your products ship from?

Most of our products ship from within the USA so typical transit times are 1-5 business days depending on distance and time of day the order was placed. You will receive a tracking number once the item(s) have shipped. Sometimes they ship from multiple locations so they may not all arrive at the same time. You’ll get a tracking number for each package either way
